Rent A Tire

Walked into my nearest rent a tire store on Lamar ave in Austin Texas and was treated less then human. The people there acted like I was *** slithering in from the streets after getting a good laugh at my inquiry they are old me that I had no business in there store and if the "RENT A TIRE" main company knew who I was they would have never approved me.

I have been struggling with hazing from most of the people in Austin they have resorted to little by little destroying the only thing I own..

my car and the tires are the ones they damage offten looking to get good tires on my car since everyone has been slashed and replaced with used I have been having safty issues since I drive a lot for my job I thought rent a tire would save me from having a roll over and helpe keep going to work I was wrong as of right now I'm close to losing my job due to the fact I couldn't go because I had another flat and no see spare... Because I'm bisexual and not assumed of it I have been demined looked down on and even refused the rights a lot of my near family fought for in the service to this country not just for me but for the ones that aim to do me out for too rent a tire supports the bigotry of the people of Austin THANK GOD WE ARE NOT ALL THE SAME AND INDIVIDUALLY IS STILL THE ONE THING EVERY AMERICAN HAS THE RIGHT BEstyle="background-color:

Only person at the location I've had a problem with is Larry he wasn't the manager when I purchased the merchandise he was not the manager he is beyond disrespectful I've tried contacting the district manager who was out of town at the time and another was handling the stores to have my contract removed from this location and to another it was the other location who informed me theyve had many customers with issues with that location as well Unfortunately they wasn't able to do so however since I was so close to paying off my contract I just dealt with it so the issue began with Larry calling and basically harassing me saying I have autopay setup and that he would revoke my online privileges total BS which is a lie Ive confirmed that from two other locations but I declined to set up the autopay I paid my payments online weekly on time however he felt the need to enroll me anyways which is illegal btw. so I had to go through my bank and put a stop because it was not authorized and a week before I paid off my tires and rims I informed them to not to try to process a payment because I was going to pay it off instead. Guess what they proceeded the payment actually Larry did because they have codes to see who pushed the payment through also he overcharged it. I called them and informed them to void the payment and Ill just pay the full amount to pay them off he informed me to just pay the difference I agreed and ended the call.

So as you can see from previous experiences I don't trust Larry so I called another location where they informed me my last payment was voided out which we agreed on the phone we wouldnt do I would just pay the remaining amount so my impression is the payment was canceled which wasnt suppose to be voided in the first place. I'd just pay out the contract so I waited for my return payment which didn't come a week later I call back to be told LARRY only voided it out through there system we went back and fourth and I just decided paid out the contract the same day but at a different location because he banned me from calling the store. Im typically a calm person however after constantly being disrespected by Larry I wasnt tolerating it anymore I disconnected the call to just save myself from dealing with man any further it should have ended there but he decided to call me back then disconnected the call after asking me to hold on some type of manager right, I also felt that he could get away with being so disrespectful towards me because Im a women.

He will get his karma though and I am thankful to not be dealing with him anymore. LARRY is disrespectful, rude, and he is also a coward.
