I asked if i could get a tire patched up but the men at the office we rude and said no because i did not make the payment that day. So i bought a conpresser to get to work and had to replace the tire my self.
Now i i have 2 other tires going flat so i continuesly put air in 2 tire every day. I make a partial payment every 2 weeks because of the maintenance i have to do and center cap i had to by. Now im getting rude calls and comments because i dont make full payment instead of working with me as a customer they are very disrespectful. Now they are threating to go to my house like if i never make payments.
Very rude, very unprofessional. Dont care for customers and ack like they want to fight every time i explain the deal.
So i am contacting you to see if this is how customers are treated or is this your policy. I have read alot of vad reviews which seems like this is normal from this office which is not very good customer service at all.
